Tour Cancellation Policies
- Over 48hours before your service time a full refund will apply.
- From 47 to 36 hours before your service time 80% refund will apply
- 35 hours to the same day and no-shows no refund will be given.
Hotel Cancellation Policies
- Over 15 days, full refund.
- 15 to 7 days, 15% charge of the total
- 6 days or less & no-shows will be charged the 15% cancellation cont plus o one night penalty.

Price Guarantee:
Magic Tours Cancun guarantees the price or rate of a Hotel, Tour, transfer or any service from any possible future increase by submitting the reservation and your full payment.
Service & Responsibility:
www.magictourscancun.com will be responsible only for the reservation and not situations inherent to hotel and tour operations.
Weather Guarantee:
If you like to change the date of the tour due a bad weather conditions you can do it without any charge if you do it at least 24 hours before the service time.
